4 Easy-to-Make Dips That’ll Score a Touchdown With Your Guests

Spend your Super Bowl Sunday relaxing with guests around the living room with a handful of chips and a nice hot bowl of homemade dip. Here are four easy-to-make dip recipes to get you started.

Spinach Dip

• 1 ½ cups Just Sriracha Mayo, Amazon

• 1 9oz package frozen chopped spinach (or ~1 heaping cup), thawed and drained

• ¼ cup crispy fried onions

Instructions:

1. Mix together the Just Mayo, drained spinach and half of the crispy fried onions.

2. Add a little salt and pepper to taste (optional). Place in an oven-safe ramekin or small, shallow baking dish.

3. Sprinkle top with the other half of the crispy onions. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through and the onions on top are golden-brown.

4. Serve immediately with good, crusty bread for dipping.

Artichoke Dip

• 1 cup Just Mayo, Amazon

• 2/3 cup canned or jarred artichokes, chopped small

• 2 Tbsp. sweet onion, minced

• 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, divided (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions:

1. Mix together the Just Mayo, artichokes, onion and 1 tsp. of the bread crumbs.

2. Transfer to an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with the second tablespoon of bread crumbs.

3. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through and the bread crumbs on top are golden.

4. Serve immediately, as a dip for pita chips or fresh baby bell peppers.

Curry Dip With Golden Raisins

• 1 cup Just Mayo, Amazon

• ½ cup shredded carrots

• 3 Tbsp. golden raisins (soaked in hot water for a few minutes)

• 2 green onions, sliced (save some for garnish)

• ½ tsp. curry powder

• ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and warm gently over medium-low heat until the carrots have softened just a bit and the spices are fragrant.

2. Garnish with the reserved green onions and serve immediately, as a dip for naan or a similar flatbread.

Pumpkin BBQ Sauce

• 1 cup Just Chipotle Mayo, Amazon

• 2/3 cup canned pumpkin

• 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

• 1 tsp. maple syrup

• 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (optional)

• ¼ tsp. salt

• 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until just warmed through.

2. Serve immediately, as a dip for roasted winter vegetables — like parsnips, turnips, beets, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, or cauliflower.
