It’s that time of year again to pull down boxes you forgot were hiding away for another day, reorganize the pantry that somehow turned into complete chaos, and decide if you’re keeping those pairs of pants for another year because they just don’t fit right now.

Spring cleaning is a refreshing reset. While you’re sprucing up your space, now may also be a good time to revisit your daily routine, so that next year you can fit into those pants, but more importantly, feel like a happier, healthier you.

To help with the journey to a healthier lifestyle, Willow Laboratories developed Nutu. Nutu is a personalized health and lifestyle platform that helps you achieve your wellness goals through small changes that enable lasting results.

Nutu Score Keeps Up With Your Day

The app centers around a personalized Nutu Score, which is a daily balance of your nutrition, activity, sleep, and biometric data.

Rather than manually counting calories for each meal, you can snap a picture of your food or scan a barcode before you eat to visually recognize the impact food will have on your health through their green, yellow, and red traffic light system.

With this app, even your spring cleaning can count toward your daily activity score, so joining a gym or an intense workout class isn’t necessary. Walking the dog or working in the garden will also count toward your score, and you can mindlessly keep your physical and sleep activity up-to-date by syncing the app with activity-tracking devices like fitness watches.

Nudges to a Long-Lasting Healthy Lifestyle

To start you off in the right direction, you can choose from two safe and natural plans. The Healthy Living program helps you live a happier and healthier life without making drastic changes to your daily routine, and their Diabetes Prevention Program is a CDC-recognized curriculum that teaches people how to prevent or delay the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Whatever your wellness goals, the app supports you through incremental steps. You’ll be encouraged to make small changes called Nutu nudges, which could be removing an ingredient from your meal or adding a minute to your daily dog walk. These small changes are at the core of Nutu, adding up to big results over time without requiring a complete schedule overhaul.

Small Steps to a Happier, Healthier Season

With the hustle and bustle of life, it’s hard to imagine investing in a plan for yourself. Nutu brings together various lifestyle factors and makes daily changes easier to manage by keeping track of everything in one place, helping you lose weight, develop new habits, and learn how to maintain a long-lasting healthy lifestyle.

Renewing your body and mind with a fresh routine does not have to be dramatic. Small steps can take you far, and Nutu’s natural and gentle approach walks with you, right in your pocket. If cleaning out a junk drawer is important, so is renewing your body and mind to give yourself a happier and healthier season.
