Will Ferrell is ready to say goodbye to one of his many California properties.
First For Women can confirm that the Elf actor, 58, listed his three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Outpost Estates neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.1 million.
Ferrell purchased the 1,694-square-foot property in October 2003 for about $1 million less.
According to a listing for the property, the 1940s Spanish ranch “embodies the storied life of the hills.” Sitting atop a gated drive, the Ferrell’s property offers “sweeping views of the canyon” and offers privacy from the city.
Two of the home’s bedrooms open out to terraces and a deck with two other rooms that can be used as an office, den or another bedroom on the other side of the home.
Ferrell also owns other property in Los Angeles as well as a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Laguna Beach that he purchased in 2013 for $2.925 million and a condo in New York City that he bought in 2010 for $4.2 million.

Last year, the actor’s 22-year-old son, Magnus, explained what it’s like living at home with his dad when he was on a leave of absence from college.
Magnus, who is a musician, told People that he likes his “personal space” but that “it’s hard to get it all the time.”
However, he said there were some benefits of living with his famous family.
“I love my family so much,” he said. “I love hanging out with them, but I think that’s part of it. I get to live at home. I get to have home-cooked meals.”
“But I also have to do things you got to do when you live at home,” he said. “I mean, you got to help run the house. It’s like you have to.”
