Kathie Lee Gifford Lists Connecticut Mansion for $100 Million More Than 10 Years After Frank’s Death

After more than three decades of memories, Kathie Lee Gifford is saying goodbye to her longtime Connecticut estate.

The former Today host quietly put her sprawling mansion on the market for a jaw-dropping $100 million nearly 31 years after she and late husband Frank Gifford purchased the waterfront property.

The home features a staggering 13,163 square feet and it boasts eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It sits on a nearly 3-acre gated peninsula and offers views of the Manhattan skyline. According to the listing, the property, known as Cedar Cliff, includes 1,250 feet of shoreline, a deep water dock, tennis court, pool and spa, recording studio, wine cellar and more.

It also comes with antique wood flooring, a three level elevator and a fitness center.

After Kathie Lee, 72, stepped away from her position at Today in 2019, she relocated to Franklin, Tennessee, an area right outside of Nashville. However, part of her decision came down to feeling lonely in her Connecticut house after Frank died at the age of 84 in 2015.

“This home of mine in Connecticut, where Frank and I raised our beautiful children and we had so many happy years, when I was living there alone – dogs can only do so much for you, and I love my dogs,” she told People in an interview in January 2020.

“It came to feel like a mortuary with me just there alone,” she continued. “And I said I need to make a new life for myself or this one’s going to kill me.”
