Soap Opera Star Donna Mills, 85, Joins Adult Creator Platform for ‘More Personal’ Connection With Fans

Donna Mills is venturing into a new career endeavor.

On Thursday, July 30, Variety reported that the former Knots Landing star, 85, is now a creator on an infamous online subscription platform.

“I’ve always appreciated the incredible support and encouragement I’ve received from my fans over the years,” Mills told Variety. “Social media has been a wonderful way to stay connected.”

The General Hospital alum said she’s “excited to join” the adult platform “because it offers the opportunity for a more personal and direct connection.”

The Emmy Award winner added that she’s planning on “sharing moments from my daily life, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and engaging with fans in a more meaningful way,” on her account.

“It’s simply another platform to spend quality time with the people who’ve supported me throughout my career while staying true to who I am,” she explained.

Andy Bachman, CEO of the subscription service, also shared a statement about Mills’ participation.

“This is not about changing who she is. It is about giving her longtime fans more access to the personality, style and behind-the-scenes moments they already love,” Bachman, 43, stated. “Donna has always been fearless and ahead of her time. She told me, ‘YOLO — let’s do it,’ and that perfectly captures her attitude.”

Bachman noted that the Nope actress “is approaching” the platform “on her own terms and creating a space that feels authentic, personal and completely true to her.”

On Mills’ profile, her bio reads, “Actress ✨ Still full of surprises ✨. Here you’ll find my moments that don’t make it on screen. Personal, more candid, and completely unscripted.”

The former Broadway actress’ bio also reveals she will offer exclusive photos and videos, behind-the-scenes memories, everyday moments, and conversations with her.

“If you’ve ever wondered what I’m like beyond the roles…Come on in. ♥️,” her bio concluded.
