JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers met on reality TV more than a decade ago — but that doesn’t mean the spark has faded.

The couple has built a beautiful life together after getting engaged on Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette in 2016. They tied the knot in 2022 and welcomed their daughter, Romy, in December 2025.

“We’ve gone through so many different seasons of life together, and I feel like each season of life changes and shifts, and the ways that you stay most connected, they evolve,” Fletcher, 35, exclusively tells First for Women.

The influencer says she and Rodgers, 38, “are best friends at our core.”

“I know that sounds cheesy, but we love spending time together, and it could be just the simplest thing, like going to the coffee shop or going to the grocery store. We enjoy doing those things together,” she admits. “I think just spending time with each other, doing things that you like, even the mundane things, you know, we really enjoy.”

After many life milestones, Fletcher gushes, “We still just love hanging out,” noting, “I think that’s important.”

Rodgers works as a college football analyst, and with the season in full swing, the former reality TV personality shares how they stay connected during this busy time.

“Lots of Facetimes when we can. Lots of photos and videos of Romy. Honestly, it’s just kind of quick check-ins throughout the day,” she says.

“And then obviously our good night little FaceTime calls are the best.”

Additionally, Fletcher tells First for Women when the former football player comes home, they prioritize “one-on-one intentional time.”

Fletcher is also making sure to prioritize staying healthy, which is why she has partnered up with Mucinex 12HR Cold & Fever Multi-Symptom, the first and only product to deliver 12 hours of powerful multi-symptom relief from fever, headache, body pain, cough, and excess mucus in just one dose.

“Being a mom, you forget to take care of yourself,” Fletcher explains to First for Women. “So, having something that you can take once that’ll last you a full 12 hours, a full day, is a total game changer.”
