Chip and Joanna Gaines are freeing themselves of some serious property. The home renovators listed three of their most recognizable Waco, Texas, homes all at once.

The home reno experts, made famous by HGTV’s Fixer Upper, listed all three properties via their Magnolia Realty brokerage — including their 135-year-old castle — and they’re looking for a pretty penny.

According to the listing, the couple are seeking $2.7 million for the Historic Waco Castle, otherwise known as the Cottonland Castle. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate, which was featured on the couple’s spinoff series, Fixer Upper: The Castle, in 2022, was “meticulously designed, renovated, and restored” by the reality stars to bring the historic property to life, according to the listing on their own Magnolia Realty site. The property features a formal dining room, great room and modern kitchen, as well as a few unique spaces including a card room, formal library and conservatory.

Also listed is their five-bedroom, four-bedroom Hillcrest Estate. The home, which was recently used as a short-term rental property on Airbnb and the Magnolia website, is on the market for $1.7 million. Sitting on 1.9 acres, the Waco, Texas, property features a fully renovated main residence and a detached guest cottage, both of which, per the listing, were “impeccably designed and styled” by the couple. The property is fully fenced, and comes complete with a private gated drive-through entrance, a fire pit, multiple patios, a potting shed and a dedicated children’s cottage.

In addition to the castle and their Hillcrest property, they’re also selling their Valley Mills home, also known as The Gristmill. The couple reimagined and renovated the former mill into a fully functioning open-concept home, which boasts an expansive living area, kitchen and dining area on the main level, as well as two secondary bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs houses the home’s primary suite and a dedicated office space. The home, which fans might recognize from Joanna’s cooking show Magnolia Table, is being listed for $935,000.

It’s unclear why the couple are selling the properties, but the listings provide a unique opportunity for both interested buyers and fans of Chip and Jo to have a piece of Magnolia history.
