Rick Hoffman is showing off the results of his hard work.
The actor — best known for playing corporate attorney Louis Litt on the USA Network drama Suits — posted a mirror selfie to Instagram on Saturday, June 27, with the words “been a min” written across the photo itself, captioning the post “#circlingback.”
In the photo, Hoffman, 56, sports a light-colored button-down shirt paired with dark trousers and a black belt, which highlights his noticeably trimmer waistline.
When a fan asked about his transformation in the comments, Hoffman didn’t hold back on the details. “Intense intermittent fasting and keto diet. no alcohol,” he responded.

According to Mayo Clinic, intermittent fasting is “a pattern of eating based on time limits. For a set time of hours or days, you eat a typical diet. At the end of the set time, you switch to very few or no calories, called fasting.”
Hoffman was flooded with praise in the comments section. “You look great!” one fan wrote, while another added, “Wow, your looking very dapper.” A third commenter cheered, “You look amazing!!!”
Several others leaned into the Harvey Specter comparisons in a lighthearted way, with one writing, “The harveyfication of Louis needs to be taught at Harvard,” and another joking, “Finally you became Harvey congratulations.”

Hoffman has previously opened up about the personal challenges that shaped his outlook on life. In an April interview with global entrepreneur JT Foxx at his Mega Success event Hoffman recalled being diagnosed with OCD in 1993 after experiencing severe anxiety at 23 — an experience he said gave him perspective most people don’t have.
“Had I not had that happen, I never would have made it with any career,” he said. “It was a real quick slingshot through life lesson to really know where you stand on this planet, which is just with everyone else.”
