Even meat eaters will flip for these patties!

Looking for a delicious and satisfying vegetarian burger option? Look no further than this chickpea quinoa burgers recipe! These patties pack a nutritional punch thanks to two superstar ingredients. Chickpeas are loaded with plant-based protein and fiber, keeping you feeling full and satisfied. Quinoa, an ancient grain, is another excellent source of protein and boats all nine essential amino acids. This recipe delivers a meaty texture and satisfying flavor without the expense of ground meat. And you can cook them on the grill, in the oven or on the stove. Trust us: one bite will please vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

When making this chickpea quinoa burgers recipe, make sure to mash the chickpeas well. If the mixture seems too wet, add a bit more breadcrumbs to help it firm up. Additionally, buying dried chickpeas and cooking them yourself is significantly cheaper than canned options. For more chickpea recipes, try chickpea fries and chickpea cookie dough!
