Whether you want to delight your special someone or tell you best friends how much you care, this sweet-on-you cheesecake pops recipe is the perfect dessert to serve up smiles. Topped with assorted candies so that each person can pick their favorite, it’s similar to a box of chocolates! The best part? It’s on a stick, perfect for easy indulging without the need for a plate.
Want to ensure your cheesecake bakes up velvety smooth? We recommend using a water bath. This easy technique ensures a creamy texture – only trouble is, since many spingform pans aren’t watertight, water can leak into the pan, making the crust soggy. To the rescue: an oven bag (used for turkeys). Simply lay the bag in a roasting pan, place the filled springform pan inside and pour water into the roasting pan. The bag will guard against leaks so your cheesecake comes out smooth.
