OG Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans will never forget the iconic black-and-white checkered foyer that appeared in countless scenes throughout the reality show’s early seasons. But despite its place in pop culture history, Kris Jenner‘s famous Hidden Hills mansion is proving to be a tough sell.
According to online property records reviewed by First for Women, Jenner, 70, has yet to find a buyer for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom California estate, which served as the family’s primary home during the early years of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The sprawling 8,860-square-foot Spanish-style mansion sits on 1.5 acres and features luxury amenities including three fireplaces, a private gym, home office, wet bar, pool and spa, walk-out balcony and space for up to eight vehicles.

Despite its celebrity pedigree, the home has lingered on the market. Jenner first put the mansion up for sale in February 2025 before pulling the listing. TMZ previously reported that the matriarch reconsidered due to the home’s nostalgia.
Jenner ultimately relisted the property in May, but it has remained on the market since then, with no reported sale.
Over the years, the residence also served as a temporary home for family members including Kim during renovations on another property, as well as Rob and his daughter, Dream.
Even with its reality TV fame and deep ties to one of Hollywood’s most recognizable families, the iconic mansion appears to be facing the same challenge many luxury properties encounter: finding the right buyer willing to meet the asking price.
