At 55 years old, Kelly Ripa stays swimsuit ready year-round — but the Live with Mark and Kelly cohost isn’t chasing perfection, she’s committed to consistency.
According to her longtime trainer Anna Kaiser, per Hello!, Ripa — who fans have looked to when it comes to motivation for toned arms, and a sculpted and strong frame — works out six days a week for about 45 minutes.

Whether she’s at her homebase of New York City or traveling, she makes time to move. “It has been the same for 14 years,” said Kaiser. “Even if she’s had no sleep, she still shows up. If she’s exhausted, she still shows up and then we decide how and what we do that day.”
Her sessions, per E!, focus on strength training with bursts of cardio, dance and power intervals to keep things fun and effective. The mom of three follows up her rigid workout schedule with a structured eating plan: Think green juices for breakfast, salads for lunches and steamed veggies with fish for dinner, while dessert may be an avocado chocolate mousse.

“It’s not about deprivation, it’s about moderation,” Ripa’s longtime nutritionist Dr. Daryl Gioffre told E! during a 2024 interview.
That means not reaching for just any treat in sight. “Instead of going for the unhealthy snack, she’s always prepared,” Gioffre said at the time. “And that’s the big mantra: ‘Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.'”
