Jane Seymour, who turned 75 years old on February 15, isn’t gatekeeping how she manages to stay fabulously fit.
In a story recently published by the Daily Mail, the British actress spoke about her healthy habits and what a day of eating looks like for her, revealing she has been the same size since her teenage years.
“I love the Mediterranean way of eating, it works so well and it tastes good, it includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish,” she shared.

According to the outlet, the former Bond girl opts to have one big meal each day around 1:30 p.m.
“I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn’t till later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it,” she told the Daily Mail. “I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my back yard which I love to use. I do love nuts. I am a savory person, I like the salt.”
However, the East of Eden alum is not a fan of diets.

“Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy,” she explained. “People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them.”
“If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat,” she added. “But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.”
The former Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star also incorporates working out into her life, including light weightlifting and pilates, noting, “You have to keep moving!”
